If you contact us via a form on our website or via e-mail we will store such data for six months in order to process your request. We do not forward your information without your permission.
Please note that we store personal information such as your name, legislation and case law that you store, in order to provide a personalized legal information system. If you do not want that your information is stored, please use the service without registration.
In addition and for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, we store the name of your company, your address, the names of registered team members, your e-mail address(es), your website, your VAT number and your trade register number. Without such data we cannot enter a contract with you. Data is will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of our tax advisor (Austria) for the fulfilment of our tax obligations. Your data is stored on our own servers as well as on the servers of our hosting provider (Austria).
After termination of our contractual relation we will delete your data. In case of contract we will keep all contractual data for the statutory tax retention period (seven years).
Our website uses so called cookies. Cookies are smal text files, which are stored on your device by using the browser. They do not cause any harm.
If you do not want this, you can configure your browser in a way so that it informs you about creating cookies and enables you to allow them only on a case-by-case basis. When deactivating cookies the proper functioning of our website may be limited.
We have concluded a contract with the processor. The processing is done on the legal basis of § 96 (3) TKG as well as on basis of Art 6 (1) a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) GDPR. Our ambition is the enhancement of our web presence. Protecting privacy is a major concern for us, therefore user data is anonymized.
You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. For this purpose we need your e-mail address and a declaration that you agree that we send you our newsletters. In order to inform you more precisely, we collect additional information, which you can provide voluntarily, such as information about your company, your function and your industry. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. Please send your un-subscription to: email@example.com. We will delete your newsletter related data immediately.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and transfer your data and the right to object to the processing of your data. If you think that processing of your data violates data protection laws or that your privacy is violated in any other form, you can file a complaint at the supervisory authority. In Austria the supervisory authority is the “Datenschutzbehörde”.
